Access the genome assemblies and annotation sequence files used to build the public PerseaDB records and analysis tools.
Only curated public datasets present on the server are listed. Each MD5SUMS.txt manifest covers every downloadable dataset shown for that collection, excluding the manifest itself; internal import audits, empty files, and operating-system metadata are not included.
Hass genome assembly and structural annotation files used by PerseaDB.
Complete 12-chromosome West Indian T2T assembly, annotation, transcript, CDS, and protein sequences.
Chromosome-scale Anise assembly, unplaced scaffolds, verified structural annotation, and exact gene, transcript, CDS, and protein sequences.
FASTA contains sequences; GFF3 describes gene structures and coordinates; .gz files are compressed. Download MD5SUMS.txt with the collection files to check their integrity. Keep the filenames, checksum manifest, and access date with your analysis.
These downloads are the files distributed by PerseaDB. Annotation formatting or identifiers may have been standardized for this portal; source publication dates are not local file version numbers.
